Delivery:
All Orders go out the day of the order (if before 12.00) or the next day for orders that come in after 12.00. The following Dispatch options are available:
Standard UK Delivery (available on orders less than £150) £3.50
These will be sent First Class Royal Mail to arrive within 2 days (not guaranteed) - no signatures required.
Express/Registered UK Delivery (on orders over £150 and Express Orders) £6.00
Orders received before midday (Mon-Thurs) will be sent Business Post to guarantee next day delivery - signatures required (Orders received on a Friday or Saturday will be sent out the following Monday).
Europe Delivery: £10
These will be sent Courier Service to anywhere in Europe for £10. All subsequent deliveries on the same order reference will also be charged at these amounts.
Rest of World
We send out to anywhere in the world by courier service. If your country does not appear on the shipping destinations. Please contact us so we can give you an individual quote.
Returns:
Free, Fast and Easy UK Returns and Exchanges (UK Adresses only)
Coco Bay guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return/exchange free of charge and we will exchange them or give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage) provided that:
- the Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with the "Returns Form" within 10 working days of receipt of the Goods by you;
- if the Goods are not returned to us within 10 working days of you receiving them, you can deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within the 10 working day period
To enable you to return Goods to us free of charge, we enclose a postage paid Returns Label with your order. This does not need to be taken to the Post Office to be posted but we recommend that you get a "Certificate of Posting" free from the Post Office which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returns Goods be lost or delayed in the post.
Please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post.
Returns and Exchanges (Overseas Addresses):
Please note that we do not offer our free postage on returns and exchanges for addresses outside the UK. However, we are happy to exchange and refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as in the UK. Customers will, however, be responsible for additional postage costs incurred by exchanging items.
