Returns and Exchanges (UK Adresses)
Coco Bay guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us free of charge and we will exchange them or give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage) provided that:
- the Goods are returned to us “as new” i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with the ‘Returns Form’ within 10 working days of receipt of the Goods by you; or
- if the Goods are not returned to us within 10 working days of you receiving them, you deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within the 10 working day period
To enable you to return Goods to us free of charge, we enclose a postage paid Returns Label with your order. This does not need to be taken to the Post Office to be posted but we recommend that you get a ‘Certificate of Posting’ free from the Post Office which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returns Goods be lost or delayed in the post.
Please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post.
Returns and Exchanges (Overseas Addresses):
Please note that we do not offer our ‘free returns’ service outside the UK. However, we will exchange and refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as is the UK.
